About us

“The Film Epidemic” – is a network of independent documentary and short film makers in Gothenburg (Göteborg) Sweden. Our main partners and customers are TV companies in Sweden and abroad, schools and other local and central government authorities, and also of course private companies. We have – most of us – our studios next door to our colleagues within the Brew House buildings complex.

• We support one another practically, technically, artistically and financially. And not the least - spiritually.
• We organize debates, seminars, film screenings etc.
• We act as a pressure group towards authorities and politicians.

Since we are situated in Brew House with all its professionals within music and media we also more and more take advantage of this bigger cluster. Filmepidemin consists for the time being of around 15 members/producers.
